Base fee:
  • For banquet guests NOT attending any sessions.
  • Fee includes President’s Reception, Continental Breakfast on Friday & Saturday, Lunch on Friday & Saturday, Breaks, and Awards Banquet (excluding guest tickets; available separately). Does NOT include Compliance Training; please register separately for that event if needed.
  • For breakfast guests NOT attending meeting.
  • For lunch guests NOT attending meeting.

Terms and Conditions:

By registering for this Virginia Cemetery Association event or program you consent to being photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded at the event or program. By doing so, you grant to the Association rights to the release, publication or reproduction of any recorded media taken at the event or program of your appearance, voice or name for use by the Association and its management team.        

Cancellation Policy:

Registrants canceling on or before May 19, 2026, are entitled to a refund, less a $50 processing fee. Registrants canceling after May 19, 2026, are NON-REFUNDABLE. Substitutions are allowed and encouraged. All Cancellations must be directed in writing to VCA office.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Notify the hotel 5 days prior to your arrival date and before 11:59 PM  local time.
